1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to Rewire Super Admin App. By signing in or using the service, you confirm that you are an authorised Rewire super administrator.
2. Permitted use
The app may be used for legitimate internal operations across Rewire Group of Companies, including brand onboarding, content review, approvals, revisions, publishing, document organisation, reporting, and related administration.
3. Accounts and security
Access is limited to specifically approved Google accounts. Users are responsible for protecting their Google accounts and notifying Rewire promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Access may not be shared or delegated outside the approved administrator list.
4. Content and approvals
Approval, revision, final-approval, and publishing actions recorded in the app are treated as instructions from the signed-in administrator. Administrators should review content and destination details carefully before confirming an action.
5. Google Drive integration
When operational controls are enabled, the Drive integration may create brand folders and move connected files only within the configured Rewire Group of Companies workspace. Users must not submit Drive links they are not authorised to manage.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, security controls, and these Terms may change as the internal service evolves.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to bypass account, workspace, or Drive-boundary controls.
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive material.
- Interfering with the service, its integrations, or other users.
- Using the app for resources outside the authorised Rewire Group of Companies scope.
8. Suspension and termination
Rewire may suspend access when necessary to protect users, data, integrations, or the service, or when an account is no longer authorised.
