1. About this policy
Rewire (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Rewire Super Admin App, a private internal service for managing Rewire Group of Companies brands, approvals, publishing records, notifications, and document workflows.
2. Information we collect
- Google account information used for sign-in, including name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.
- Brand workspace records, approval decisions, feedback, content versions, project activity, and audit timestamps.
- Google Drive file and folder metadata required to organise authorised brand workspaces and workflow files.
- Technical logs needed for security, reliability, error diagnosis, and abuse prevention.
3. Google user data
When an authorised Rewire super administrator connects Google Drive, the app uses the granted access only for authorised operations within the configured Rewire Group of Companies workspace. It does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or permit unrelated access.
4. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate approved administrators, enforce access controls, operate brand workflows, send enabled operational notifications, preserve audit history, provide support, and improve reliability.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information is shared only with authorised Rewire personnel and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, such as Google, hosting, database, and transactional email providers. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
We retain operational information while there is a legitimate business, legal, security, or audit need. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is allowlisted and administrative actions are checked on the server.
7. Your choices
An authorised administrator may revoke the app’s Google access from the relevant Google Account permissions. Requests concerning personal information may be sent to Rewire. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or audit purposes.
